The Origin: Building a Zero-Headcount Business

Ryan started by building and automating a local service business to $1M+ in 18 months. The business ran on systems, not employees:

• Increased average ticket from $800 to $1,000 through process triggers
• No traditional sales team, no operations manager
• The system WAS the business

The breakthrough insight? Most businesses fail to scale because they try to hire their way out of process problems. Ryan proved you could build a 7-figure business by systematizing first, not hiring.

After proving the model, Ryan spent 8 years building operational systems for 200+ businesses across multiple industries, generating $12M+ in total revenue.

One notable project: Built an internal sales engine that scaled from 200 to 1,500 calls per day while improving booking rates from 20% to 60% all by enforcing structure across routing, scripting, and follow-up.

The key wasn't more reps. It was better systems.

The AI Shift: From Automation to Autonomy

In 2023-2024, Ryan pivoted from traditional automation to autonomous AI agents. Systems that run continuously, make decisions, and progress workflows without human prompting.

Current projects include:

Why Home Services + AI Search

While building systems for diverse industries, Ryan noticed home service businesses were highly repetitive, relationship-driven, and underserved by technology.
